These Terms explain the rules for using Relicfy, placing orders, submitting custom content, approving proofs, and receiving products.
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Relicfy when you visit our website, create an account, request custom work, approve a proof, or place an order. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & Custom Orders Policy are incorporated into these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or place an order. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and activity under your account. Tell us promptly through our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or order verification before taking a security-sensitive action.
We try to describe products, materials, dimensions, personalization options and availability accurately. Because many items are handmade or made to order, availability may change and minor variations may occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue an item before an order is accepted.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes and any disclosed fees are added before you submit payment. You authorize Relicfy and its payment processor to charge the payment method you select for the amount shown.
Full card numbers and security codes are handled by our payment provider, such as Stripe, and are not stored in Relicfy’s application database. We may cancel or hold an order when payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged for fraud review.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt only confirms that we received the request; an order is accepted when we confirm it, begin the agreed work, or ship it. We may contact you for missing information or decline and refund an order we cannot fulfill.
Orders placed through Etsy remain subject to Etsy’s checkout, payment, cancellation and marketplace rules in addition to the product terms disclosed by Relicfy there.
For ready-made products, request a change or cancellation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
A custom order may be canceled until physical production begins. Reasonable design, proof, material, or setup costs already incurred and disclosed to you may be withheld from the refund. Once physical production begins, the custom order is non-cancelable and non-refundable except when the finished item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved specifications.
Proof approval authorizes us to begin production immediately. Approval alone is not the cancellation cutoff, but we may be unable to intercept an order once production has started.
Custom products are created from your selections, instructions, files, and approved proof. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely instructions. Material changes after quoting or approval may require a revised price and timeline.
Personalized products generally cannot be resold and therefore are subject to the cancellation and return exceptions in our separate policy.
You retain ownership of photos, names, logos, artwork, text and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant Relicfy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt and use Customer Content only as needed to evaluate, design, proof, produce, deliver, support and keep records of your order.
You represent that you own Customer Content or have every permission needed for Relicfy to use it as requested, including rights relating to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and any person depicted.
Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. We may refuse, suspend or cancel work that we reasonably believe violates law, another person’s rights, safety, our provider rules, or these Terms. If the issue is caused by your content or instructions, incurred costs may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by law.
When a proof is provided, review every detail, including spelling, dates, names, dimensions, colors, placement, orientation and personalization. Production will not begin until required approval is recorded.
Your approval confirms that the proof accurately reflects your requested design and authorizes production. Errors visible in and matching the approved proof are not production defects. Relicfy remains responsible for production errors, damage, or a finished item that materially departs from the approved proof or agreed specifications.
Digital screens, lighting, printing, engraving, natural grain, handmade processes and material batches can create reasonable differences in color, texture, contrast, scale and placement. Previews are visual guides, not photographic guarantees. Variations that do not materially depart from the approved design or product description are not defects.
Production dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. The timeline may pause while we wait for payment, files, answers or proof approval. Rush work is available only when confirmed by Relicfy and may require an added fee.
We ship to the address submitted with the order and provide tracking when available. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before checkout and for any added cost caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Risk of loss is allocated as required by applicable law. Contact us promptly about a package that is lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged so we can investigate with the carrier. Full details appear in our Shipping, Returns & Custom Orders Policy.
Eligible ready-made products may be returned under our posted policy. Personalized and custom products are not returnable for preference changes, customer-supplied errors, or details matching an approved proof. This does not limit remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially nonconforming goods, or rights that cannot be waived by law.
Promotions and coupons may have separate eligibility, expiration, minimum purchase and product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. Relicfy does not currently issue gift cards; any future gift-card program will include additional terms before purchase.
The Relicfy name, logos, site design, product photography, templates, software, copy and original artwork are owned by Relicfy or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the site only for personal shopping and legitimate business with Relicfy.
We will not use your Customer Content or photos of a personalized finished product in our public portfolio, social media, advertising or marketing without your separate, explicit permission. Giving or withholding that permission does not affect fulfillment. You may withdraw permission for future uses by contacting us, although prior lawful publications may not always be retractable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relicfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the services. Relicfy’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Relicfy from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from Customer Content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your unlawful misuse of the services. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by Relicfy’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or breach.
We may suspend or close an account for fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, repeated nonpayment, abuse, or material violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue. Account closure does not erase completed transactions or legal recordkeeping obligations.
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local mandatory consumer law applies. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally. Unresolved disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in the Florida county where Relicfy’s principal place of business is located. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights in these Terms.
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new date and, when appropriate, additional notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Questions or legal notices may be sent through our contact page.
